Dave Callahan is an all-around great guy! He and his team have been representing our child custody case for over 5 years now. I honestly cant think of a better person to have on our side who truly understands the pain and emotional toll a child custody case entails. He is the most caring attorney Ive ever come in to contact with and unlike most attorneys, he never makes you feel like you are bothering him. Very professional! Presently handling my daughter's Custody/Divorce case. Highly recommend! Addendum: After working with my daughter her lawyer decided to withdraw as counsel just before her hearing. My daughter was at another court. The hearing took place and my daughter lost her divorce/custody case with no representation. Not very professional or ethical. My daughter was crushed! I was represented by Attorney Dahlia Bonzagni of Callahan, Barraco and Inman during most of my contested divorce. Attorney Bonzagni was always there for me during this contentious process. She answered EVERY question and I mean every question in a very timely manner! She always called me or texted me within a few hours whether it was early morning, evening or even twice one Saturday afternoon! At 5:00 most people leave work and put it aside until the next day, not Attorney Bonzagni! She drew up motions, letters, emails, and even worked on the separation agreement late after work. I received emails at 10:30 at night with completed motions or letters.
