Beth Callahan was recommended to us after a horrible experience with a different Special Education attorney. Beth met with us and our son, asked excellent questions and listened to our answers. She’s sharp and insightful and has been an aggressive advocate and tenacious in all of her interactions with our school district. Katlyn Ryan, Beth’s Associate and right hand is smart, detail oriented and knows the law. Beth and Katlyn never lost sight of the importance of what they were doing for our son, his future and our family.
Unprofessional, disorganized, poor followthrough, difficult to reach. Repeatedly failed to follow through as promised. Extremely difficult to get the retainer refunded. Would not recommend.
Callahan and Fusco has been in my child’s corner on multiple occasions and I couldn’t be more impressed with everyone I encounter there. Through multiple times in court with Beth Callahan it is clear she knows special education law backward and forward. She is commanding in the courtroom, and her passion in fighting for my child is unbounded. I’ve always received a call or email response from someone in the office promptly, even off hours. I highly recommend Callahan and Fusco.
Hiring Beth was the biggest mistake of my life. I should have fired her after our due process filing was filled with grammatical and spelling errors with inaccurate information, even after I had given her a detailed timeline. Very sloppy work. Tough to reach by phone. Emails are rare. Then her fancy footwork in court got us NOWHERE. Beth is used to getting quick easy settlements. When the school districts changed the game, she was lost. She let our adversary see her sweat and bungled our case badly. We are still trying to recover from it.
Expert and persistent winners on behalf of children's rights.
