Very Sad! I have left numerous call back request for Oscar the Camden Apts off Northpointe to call me. Not once in the last 2 weeks he has called me back. So this is what Camden Apts call a Manager. I am just a returning tenant trying to rent from this location. Last time I was an tenant was 8/2019. Yes only a tenant for 3 months due to home getting finish early. This time same routine. Maybe need to rent little longer since my new home will take longer due to the size and material being delivered. Well Oscar from the Northpointe location, thank you so much for all the return calls I left you!!! ????????????????????????????????????
Camden attempted to illegally tow my vehicle. Management failed to provide me with a parking pass or enter my correct license plate information into their online system, which I sent to them via email two weeks prior to the towing. I had lived in the community for a month at the time of the towing. One month is more than enough time to issue new residents a parking pass so this does not happen. Camden corporate will not return my calls to discuss the issue. The on-site management has never given me a satisfactory resolution and I attempted to elevate the issue. They treat you and your property like garbage and don’t take ownership of their mistakes.
I agree with the other one star reviews here! Truly a crappy company! The staff at Camden Plaza are lazy and pass the buck to district manager or anyone else but them. This company is so crappy that they get an outside lawyer to contact you about your complaints. They basically say you are complaining too much and you have to voice your concerns through the lawyer instead of the staff your rent pays for. Unbelievable and never dealt with this kind of treatment from an apartment. Do not live in any Camden community! They are shady!
I have lived at Camden Woodland Park for almost 3 years. I am so sad it sold. To Abby the property manager, Eric and the whole maintenance crew, I want to say thank you! A gigantic price gouging Corporation. They mastered the art of providing fake customer service and big smiles to get people to sign leases and to divert reading the fine print. $1,500 break lease charge, plus 60 days notice of which you pay rent. $110 cleaning fee and the place was left spotless. A $50 fee for processing an application for payment of the $1,500. And not to mention the threatening emails to send it all to collections. All of this because I bought a house, not because I was a deadbeat tenant. I hope that at least some people read this and look at other rental communities because you guys are trash and I am a firm believer in karma. One day this Corporation will get exactly what it deserves. I hope all of the executives at Camden Corporation enjoy your money.... Because I'm going to make sure you lose some of it in the future. Big mistake..... You all handled it wrong. I gave you a couple of opportunities to make it right but corporate Personnel hide in their offices and don't take phone calls. You set a bad example for rental property and other landlords such as myself who know better than to treat people like that.
