I am highly frustrated with you and your firm. You have NOT been forthcoming with any information. I feel like throughout the entire process, I have had to contact YOU instead of you contacting me. I don’t know what needs to be done. I don’t know the “next steps” in any of this entire process. This is not common knowledge to me, as it is to you because you do it every single day. I have still been waiting on “papers” since our court hearing on October 25th because that’s what I thought was needed. You have not helped guide this process at all and to be honest, when I have come to you with questions or need guidance, you are quite rude and belittling to me. I did not send any communication by email…you told me at the court hearing that “our papers would be ready in about a week”. So I have been waiting since that time. I have not heard anything else from you. I feel like you have failed me as legal counsel. I feel like it is YOUR JOB to provide me with counsel, guidance, next steps in this process and I feel like you have not done a good job of this at all. Your communication with me about the next steps has not been clear to me. It might SEEM clear to you, but it has not been clear to me. It’s one of those situations of “you don’t know what you don’t know”. And I honestly believe that is what I hired you to assist with. I have been very upset throughout this entire process. If the next step was to prepare and file an application with the court requesting permission to sell the property, you should have communicated that with me. You should have said “Mrs Poole, when you are ready to sell the house, please contact me so that I can file the appropriate papers with the court”. I do not just automatically know that. I have never done anything like this before and I do not appreciate the way you have treated me or made me feel. Overall, I have been highly dissatisfied in your service.

Attorney Campbell and staff are outstanding. They show compassion and are truly caring. They listen to you and explain everything. They respond immediately to any questions you have. They helped us with this difficult situation that we should not have been in, but understood what we were going through and made it a little easier to do. If you want an honest and truly caring Attorney with great staff, then this is the place to go. Thank you Attorney Campbell for your help and for having such a great staff who cares.
