Beyond disappointed. Mr. Harrison and his team were great until my husband went in to sit his time. He had charges from a different county placed on him, that don’t even belong to him! I spoke to Tammy and Carrie about this situation, they got what they needed to help with my husband’s case but nothing has changed since then. My husband has been in jail for almost two years and the detainer has not been released yet. I gave Tammy the time she needed to work on this case. I did call a few times to see if she had some news for me, and she told me I needed to stop calling so much. She stated she had more important cases to work on at the moment and that she would call once she had an answer for me, plus they were in the process of moving. What all can an inmate do… other than sit and wait… right? So plenty of time, I suppose. Two more months passed and I called to get an update, I was told to leave a message and I never heard back from them again. Why even bother calling again? They obviously don’t care. Needless to say, I lost faith in Mr. Harrison and his team.

Honor, courage and commitment, the core values of the Marines, define how every Marine in the Corps thinks, acts and fights. This is Mr. Files. He helped me through hard time in my life. I will always honor and cherish this man. The best way to describe his integrity is this. If I won the lottery, I would go directly to Mr. Files, and then do exactly everything he advised me to do with the winnings. He is a true Marine.

I truly wish that I could give this law firm 10 STARS bc they deserve that, and MUCH more. Although Mr. Files has become our "family" lawyer, I had used other attourneys, prior to meeting Mr. Files. I have never been treated with more kindness, and professionalism at any place in my entire life. From Mr. Files himself, all the way to the divorce attourneys who knew nothing about me, I was always acknowledged, and made to feel welcome. I know , at times, I was probably a pain in the butt, by not being patient enough with the process, but regardless, I was treated with respect, and compassion. I won't go into detail of what Mr. Files has done for me but I will say this: There is literally NO OTHER attorney, on the face of planet earth, that I would feel confident being in my corner, in any given situation, other than Mr Buck, and Miss Carrie. They will not blow smoke in your ear, but will keep an open line of communication, and an honest outlook. Laying the attorney suit aside, I can personally say that Mr. Files is one of the most generous, caring, and personable, down-to-Earth men , that I have, or will ever meet. His passion for what he does is 2nd to NONE. I am honored to have had him stand beside me, in some of the darkest moments of my life, and most of all, I am humbly privileged, and honored to have been able to shake his hand, and listen to his true words of wisdom. In 2010, I requested the services of Mr. Files to help with my first criminal offense. Needless to say, he went above and beyond my initial expectations. At that time, I was facing 2-20yrs in prison. With God's grace and mercy, along with Mr.Files dedication to my case...I am now pursuing my dreams. In December of 2017, I earned my A.A. degree majoring in Psychology and currently hold a position as a Level II RN student at TJC. I promised myself and Mr. Files I would turn my life around. With that God given 2nd chance, I'm doing exactly that. I'm a middle aged African American female who could have been labeled as a statistic.
