Ordered item all great, also had a small issue which was not there fault but a manufacturer issue and they dealt with this no worries. Would use them again for sure.

I received my new x lock grinder and it had an issue, I called them up and explained the problem and they were more than happy to help, they sent me a replacement the next working day, I highly recommend them

I’ve just had the worst treatment I’ve ever received from this company, by the rude foul mouthed owner (Richard Conn). Upsetting after using them for 20 years. He should be ashamed of himself ( ever heard of customer service ?)
