My recent encounter with Fred Cann while he was acting as opposing counsel during a property transaction in Long Beach, WA, left me astounded by his unprofessionalism and bullying tactics. Though I wasn't his client, the experience was so unpleasant that I feel compelled to share my perspective. Cann's behavior throughout the process was nothing short of a nightmare. Instead of engaging in respectful and constructive communication, he adopted a bullying approach that made the entire experience incredibly challenging. His condescending attitude and derogatory language made it clear that he had no interest in facilitating a smooth transaction or maintaining a professional atmosphere. One of the most troubling aspects of dealing with Cann was his aggressive email practices. His messages were not only devoid of any semblance of courtesy but were riddled with abusive language and personal attacks. It was shocking to see someone who is supposed to be a legal professional resort to such unscrupulous tactics. His emails left me feeling not only frustrated with the situation but genuinely concerned about the lack of ethics displayed by someone in his position. What stood out was his complete lack of empathy and willingness to cooperate. It was apparent that Cann was more focused on flexing his dominance and attempting to intimidate rather than genuinely working towards a resolution that would benefit both parties involved. This approach only added unnecessary stress and complications to an already difficult process. My encounter with Fred Cann left me deeply disappointed and disillusioned with the legal profession. Dealing with him as opposing counsel was an ordeal that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I urge anyone who has to interact with Fred Cann in a legal capacity to prepare for an uphill battle characterized by unprofessional behavior and an absence of integrity.

God help you if you end up with this man as your lawyer. He billed me for thousands of dollars. His bill showed that he charged me $375 at a minimum even if he only spent one minute on my case.
