Wasn't a great experience. I won my case and got a settlement however Aaron Crane was rude at times and was on many occasions condescending to my fiancxe9e and to myself. Speaking to me as if I were some child. After the case settled and there was no more money him to make I stopped getting phone calls. While waiting for my settlement check he got annoyed with me for calling and emailing asking for updates every couple weeks. Never called or contacted me to keep me up to date with my case. There were times I'd call him and found out something big happened at times ten days before and never received a call and several other things. As to the quality of his work I have no complaints. His treatment of my fiancxe9e and I and the way he handled my case once there was no more money to be made was awful.
