Mr. Russell was advanced a fixed fee for a performance-based service. After 3 months there was no apparent progress. I questioned his caliber as everything came up blank? Philip Russell seems to support the idea that it is legally ok and not sexual assault to aggressively make any physical contact with a person's intimate areas, as long as you think it's a joke. You know, "jocular". So if you are looking for someone with this set of standards and practices, he's your man.
