No follow up, our cardiologists moved to the East coast, NO ONE, ever called us to schedule a new appointment with a new cardiologists.

Love my doctor. Hate the nurse/office staff. Dr.Pappas's nurse makes critical decisions regarding surgery clearances contrary to what the doctor says. Two of my other surgeries postponed by the nurse even though i had clearances given by Dr. Pappas. She countermands the Doctor's orders!!! How dangerous can that be!!! Lost my current Ekg. Somehow have two different accounts with them. For the past year they had said they were going to combine them, my medical records are mish-mashed between both of them. They NEVER call me back when i leave a message. I can never get anything done on the phone. I have stopped calling and now just have to take off and drive to the office to ask questions.

This has to be one of the worst managed offices I have been to. A week after open heart surgery we are required to have blood levels measured due to thinners. Their hours are from 9-12:30 and 2-4pm mwf. We are there early and their person who draws blood finally calls in at 10:00am that he can't be in til 11:00am. Boy were we mad! We have been waiting way too long and they don't have a back-up to draw blood? We just got out of hospital and they don't care. Looking for other resources!!! Not acceptable management!!
