I have been waiting approximately 5 years for my claim to settle. I never hear from them unless I call then, then nobody is available to speak to me. I was told my case was settled last year, but I still haven’t received any funds. I tried calling again and nobody answers. It also makes me feel like this is a scam. Have not heard from them in 4 months. So not sure this Jeffrey J. Lowe, was the right person to represent me on my hearing loss and tennitis from ear plugs.
