My experience with this firm has been extremely disappointing. I hope this helps others who may be considering booking a consultation. The firm's reliance on outdated and poor communication left much to be desired. Firstly, this firm is living in a different time, as they do not embrace modern technology for client consultations. While most law firms now utilize efficient video conferencing tools like Zoom or Google Meet, I was surprised to find that they insisted on a phone call for our consultation. This outdated approach made it cumbersome to communicate effectively, adding unnecessary stress to the process as I'm in the US and my family member is outside of the US and we wanted to be part of the consultation together. To make matters worse, despite paying $135.00 for a 1-hour consultation the actual meeting lasted no more than 10-15 minutes. The brevity of the consultation meant that many of my family crucial questions remained unanswered. Following the consultation, my family member informed me that they could only send one email with any follow-up questions we might have. This limitation on communication channels hindered my ability to seek clarification on several important matters. When we eventually emailed the attorney, hoping to get answers, we received no response for over a week. We are still waiting for that response and I doubt we will receive any. Upon contacting the firm's office, we were met with the disappointing news that the attorney was too busy in court to address email questions. Having worked in the NYS Unified Court System myself, I am aware that attorneys often have downtime between cases. Thus, the lack of responsiveness was particularly disheartening. Overall, we lost $135.00 in 20 minutes. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for timely communication has left me deeply dissatisfied. In a world where electronic communication is prevalent, it is disheartening to encounter a law firm that fails to adapt to modern practices. While my review is based solely on my personal experience, I hope it serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking legal representation. Clients deserve reliable communication and efficient service from their attorneys, qualities that were sorely lacking in my case. If I could give this a 0 star, I would.

Very good lawyer, excellent job, thank God and the lawyer and I managed to become a resident and I am very happy with the work they do. Very good care. May God bless this group. I have no complaints about them. Sometimes you want things quickly, although we do not take into account that Working with immigration is not easy.
