OFFICE STAFF IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. SUPER RUDE! SUPER ARROGANT, HORRIBLE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I AM NOT THE PATIENT, BUT WRITTING THE REVIEW FOR THE PATIENT WHO IS A SENIOR. DUE TO THE LACK OF SERVICE IN YOUR OFFICE. IT IS VERY SHAMEFUL, WITH SO MUCH COMPETION ESPECIALLY IN MIAMI THAT YOU HIRE STAFF THAT TREAT YOUR PATIENTS THIS WAY. AFTER ALL THE HARD WORK YOU NEED TO PUT IN TO HAVE A PRACTICE AT YOUR LEVEL. VERY SADDEN TO HEAR MY FAMILY MEMBER WAS TREATED THIS WAY. TOTALLY NOT ACCPETABLE!!!

I don't know if the Dr. Is good. But the office manager lady is a rude and arrogant woman that makes you feel like she is doing you a favor . After waiting 2 months for my appointment she called me to cancel my appointment with the excuse that they don't take self pay patients. Now, if somebody knows if they do take people without insurance, please let me know because then we could be talking about discrimination.

The doctor is a nice guy and seems to be very intelligent, but he clearly has no skills in hiring a competent front desk staff. You would think one of the qualities they look for in staff is rude and unapproachable. The staff answers the phone whenever they’re bored. They make it seem like you are a nuisance for calling their office and refuse to show any kind of sympathy for anyone. They have forced me to go to another doctor as I simply cannot handle the stress it causes just to get through to this office. This doctor needs to simply fire everyone up front and start again because they are all rude and lazy.

My experience with this office was great! I went to see this neurologist for migraines. The doctor and his office staff are amazing and provide great service. They were able to bring me in for an earlier appointment and were very kind in the office. They made every process very smooth and stress free and called back with updates on approvals and appointments . I 100% recommend this doctor!

I went to see Dr. Garcia - Rivera for carpal tunnel and the doctor and his staff made the experience easy and and enjoyable. It was also a pleasure meeting his office manager Ileana. His front desk was very attentive and accommodating. I recommend him to anyone in Miami, FL that is currently looking for a neurologist. He is very knowledgeable and he cares about his patients.
