Carlson & Collier

Mr. Collier was extremely good to work with and his professionalism was way above expectations. I was originally schedule to work with his partner, David Carlson but due to an emergency I was recommended to him instead. Now, think about a highly specialized surgeon doctor, someone with a vast array of knowledge and steady hands. Also capable of explaining difficult terminology into layman's terms, always with a great attitude, and patience. Mr. Collier is definitely a doctor in his field. He has helped me win a case that I thought was already lost. Did I mention his positive attitude and hardwork? He even called me on Sunday to accommodate my work schedule. My only wish is that I could pay him more money because he is definitely worth it. He has helped me maintain my name clear of any wrong doings and I would definitely reach out to him if I need assistance in the future.

I was introduced to Mr.Carlson over 30 years ago, he has represented and advised me several times all with favorable outcomes. I refer him to anyone that asks if I know a good Lawyer. Being that I have known him for 30+ years I'm saying he is my Lawyer for life ! Make him yours, you won't be disappointed. He knows Law, extremely trustworthy, employs an outstanding staff and strong believer in good communication with his clients.

David Carlson is a horrible lawyer, the kind that gives most lawyers bad names. He only cares about himself and how much $$$ he can make off you and take advantage of your legal situation at the point you needed help the most. After you agree on the retainer fee and hire him, afterward, he will make your case sound so difficult and then request/demand more $$$ without or having to do extra work. His law and client skills are also not great neither. Stay away and do not hire this lawyer unless you like throwing away hard-earned $$$. Don’t believe all the good reviews on this site. I am pretty sure that our negative review/opinion would get deleted or not even posted. If we have more time to deal with it, we would have file a complaint to the Virginia State Bar. We would even give him one star but had to to post our review.

There are not enough words to express how amazing our experience with Mr.Carlson and his team has been. They are compassionate, understanding, honest, and hard working. When we called them for help, a reassuring person answered the phone. Ms. Lisa has been there from the beginning to the end. She is very nice and just amazing. She was able to answer any questions and concerns that we had.They were very knowledgeable, and I can say that we are very happy that we picked them. We were told everything would be fine and it was. They truly live up to their words, for a positive outcome on your case call these guys! Make them your first choice!

If I could give this law firm "Jud Collier" a zero if I could. Please please please stay away from this attorney. We hired him to represent my brother in a case. Our initial meeting was great of course telling us what he could and would do for the case. The moment we retained him, he became the hardest person to get in contact with. We would have to leave message after message at the office, via text messages and email which took days sometimes a week for him to return our calls. Secondly his story changed on how he would go about representing my brother as far as defense. All of a sudden the the case is so so hard ,difficult and not leaving him any ways to win the case or lessen charges but during the first meeting he was so confident that he could help.. Then after the case went to court oh let me not fail to mention going into court we didn't even know his defense before the trial. Let me just say his defense was a 'JOKE' and I repeat a " JOKE" he promised he would be taking some actions regarding the outcome of the case to help my brother... ummmmm well every call, text message and email as gone unanswered. I contacted him on November 11, 2018 and I still haven;t heard from him. All about the money !!!! He can not be trusted.. We paid this man over 10K and we would've gotten a better outcome representing ourselves in court.
