You can't believe everything you read when it comes to negative reviews here. I have hired many attorneys in my life. After having Mr Carmen represent me for a very ugly long divorce battle that took well over two years. I couldn't say enough nice things about Mr Carmen. He is a very good attorney that has been practicing law in this country for decades. I highly recommend Mr Carmen for any civil or criminal case you may have. Horrible lawyer. Do not hire him you will regret it. He acts annoyed to speak with you. Will file motion to continue over and over because he hasn’t even looked at your case. He bills you for his negligence. He is a scam. Charges should be brought against Mr. Carmen for preying on the vulnerable.
