I never called a public service office and held the phone for 8 or more minutes. Must be busy or someone doesn't appreciate their job. Easy to replace for a gov't job, guess they don't have the word. HELP OTHERS>

They tell you to call at 8am everyday for you to wait 30+ mins then tell you they don’t have any more appointments and to call the next day to see if there’s any availability, also there’s no such thing as scheduling an appointment in the week if it’s not on that day

I went to my physical check-up and the obstetrician who treated me talked about me, secretly, with another doctor, then they started laughing, in a mocking tone. I don't feel the confidence to go back again.

Be nice to just get someone to answer the phone. Been on 3 hours waiting now.

They are not equipped to deal with any situation! I've been calling for 2 days to get an appointment and if you are not the first to get an answer they dismiss you! I was on hold for 30 minutes and the lady rudely told me i was too late when I called exactly at 8am! Terrible!
