So I called over 5 times already. Trying to set up an appointment to add a newborn baby and they never picked up. Back then everything was easy. Communication was great. Now it’s not. This is very frustrating!!
I called today 11:56 to get a appointment for Tb test the person answered the phone being rude assuming I called earlier and hung up on me and I called back to speak to Danielle Hendrix or whoever in reference to her employee rude telephone behavior I wouldn't be interested in coming to do business here anyways
The nurses and staff here are very nice! I have yet to have a bad experience. There was one lady that had an attitude at the front desk but aside from her, everyone was very nice, welcoming and comforting.
Every time I try to set up an appointment, they're always saying they don't have anything available. I'm over this place and will be finding a health clinic that has available appointments. They used to be good on scheduling, but now they rudely say that they don't have anything for this week, which is not even what I asked for. They usually just give you a date even if it's 2 weeks from now. I'm just done with this clinic at this point.
On 11/7/22 I sent a letter to the Guilford County Health Department in order to reach a resolution regarding a $245 vaccination bill that my insurance company fully DENIED because "out of network" and I was required to prepay in full. Guilford County still has NOT responded so I am left to leave a poor review. I saw an advertisement for a Public Health clinic taking place on 8/22/22 that the school promoted and I thought Health departments were free so I reserved a slot during the clinic hours. NO mention was made about any cost when scheduling. To my shock, upon registration the check-in attendant said I would have to pay $245 up front. I hesitated because I did not want to pay that high of a fee but she and the nurse reassured me that insurance typically covers these claims just like they would at a doctor’s office. After thinking about it and considering ALL prior immunizations for my 3 children have been covered in the past by my insurance company, I begrudgingly paid. The nurse also said they would file the claim and I was led to believe I would get reimbursed. The pre-pay cost needs to be conveyed when scheduling a clinic appointment as a buyer-beware up front notice! The scheduler could’ve told me to check with my insurance company to ensure you were in network but I was stuck when I drove 25 minutes to your clinic only to find out at that time and school was starting the following week with this required vaccination.
