I worked with Wade Emmert during a business purchase. From the moment I started working with him I knew he was 100% my advocate. He was professional, prompt and respectful through the entire process. He made sure the documents were accurate, protected my purchase and adequately conveyed the negotiated deal. He answered all my questions and I never had to wait any extended period of time for items outstanding from him or questions asked. I highly recommend his services and know who I will be using when I purchase my next business.
I met with an attorney for an hour. During the course of the conversation, I was told that I would receive a proposal within a few days of our meeting. I never received a proposal and called after two weeks. After a day or two of no answer to my calls, I then sent an email asking for my original documents back. I received a call from the attorney who had my documents delivered. He called and advised that I should get another attorney. I did get a bill for the one hour meeting. Not a good value for the money in my opinion.
