We didn't have great communication. Closing was late. They insisted on a check for down-payment from an in state bank. So instead of a check from Chase in Wisconsin, they got one from Chase in Nashville. They do not offer secure real-estate wire transfers, leaving the liability on the buyer. That said, the lawyer who actually did the closing was quick, organized, and personable. I would recommend working directly with him.
