My first introduction to Ken Auerbach occurred when I received a random call from an old friend telling me to tune into 103.9 fm on the radio because she was going to be live speaking to her personal injury lawyer who was monumental in helping her after a very bad car accident that left her with serious and long lasting injuries. It just so happens that I had a few minutes and I caught the broadcast for a short bit and was able to hear Mr. Auerbach talking about the importance of witnesses at the scene of an accident especially as it relates to police reports, insurance & treatment from any injury. There was no coincidence that I heard this message shortly before my own terrible car accident when another driver ignored a stop sign, t-boned me and literally sent me spinning, surreally, face-to-face with my airbag and flying glass to land with a bloody nose, concussion, few busted ribs, a shaken self & senior passenger & a totaled car. As a result, the folks that were there made sure to talk to each other & put together the pieces needed for a police report to be taken as I was not able to speak much after that. It was without question that after my accident, I would pursue Mr. Auerbach to help me navigate the legalities of a personal injury claim. From the first time I walked through the door of Cartier, Bernstein, Auerbach & Steinberg, PC to my most recent drop in for a quick inquiry, I was welcomed by a clean office with staff who were professional and courteous.
