From my very first outreach, they have been kind, thorough, patient, and professional. I don't know or understand much about legal matters, but Robert Mellinger has always gone above and beyond to explain things to me and ensure that I understand. The office staff is exceptional - especially Vivian Gonzalez, who is relentlessly friendly and cordial and always on her A-game. My relationship with Caserta & Spiriti began while trying to get my father's affairs in order earlier this year. He was older and not doing very well, and the staff always went out of their way to provide service as quickly and thoroughly as possible, always explaining our options and looking for ways to help us cut costs while doing their best to accommodate his wheelchair and keep him comfortable. The law firm has been my right hand in processing legal documentation and responding to countless legal questions without complaint. When I became ill, the firm once again came to my rescue, rushing to put together a Quit Claim Deed and a Last Will & Testament for me on extremely short notice.
