Incredibly -- incredibly -- unresponsive. nHere's my experience. As a new client, I called to set up an appointment for my wife and me to come in to have Attorney Casey set up wills and trusts for the family. I was voicemailed that someone would get back to me. More than a week later, someone finally did. I expressed some dismay that no one would call a prospective client back. But I was told to expect a phone call from "Attorney Casey" at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. I confirmed the appointment. I came home so as to be there when he called. He never called. Not then -- not to apologize -- not ever. If this is how cavalierly they treat prospective new business, what will it be like once they've already got me locked in....?
