I have always been very nervous about having to pick out a mattress. It seemed very overwhelming just thinking about it. However, I went to Casper today and within 15 minutes I knew which mattress was made for me. Paul provided the most professional customer service and with his expertise, I found the perfect bed. He was very knowledgeable not just about the mattress but the pillows and other accessories too. We ended up getting one of pretty much everything because it was all high quality. There was absolutely no pressure on us to get anything or make any decisions. The whole process was very comfortable and easy. I will recommend coming here to anyone looking for a new mattress or pillows/sheets/blankets.

The absolute best customer service! I had questions about a specific duvet cover and not only did Paul answer my questions, but he offered additional solutions and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed.

I love Casper, but I mostly love the one at Legacy place due to all the friendly faces who are so happy to help you find the best mattress to sleep like an angel on clouds. Paul was so happy & asked great questions to ensure I also knew exactly what I wanted because I was clueless on the different kinds. If I could this is a 10/10 place to find a mattress stress free.

We went into Casper looking for a new mattress and Paul was sooo amazing! He really took the time to understand mine and my husband's needs (which are different). Paul helped us find the best mattresses for us. These mattresses are so supportive and amazing. I am in love with the zone support they have in their mattresses. My husband loved the added cooling feature. We were able to mix and match with 2 TwinXL to make a King.

I went to the Casper store at Legacy Place and was very happy to know that they allowed my dog in! They also allowed her to get into the beds with me and even gave her a treat! This was a very awesome surprise and led me to purchase a Casper mattress! I bought the 4 layer Casper. They also have a 5 layer Wave, and 3 layer essential, although the 3 layer is not available to try at the store. I liked the mattress when I tried it at the store. They had several different delivery options from ups drop off to your door to white glove delivery and old mattress removal. I opted for the drop off without signature because I like in an older walk up and didn’t know when I could be home. When it came it was tucked out of the way so that it didn’t block the foyer. After lifting up upstairs and unwrapping it, it puffed up quickly and even then was very comfortable. We put on the mattress protector and sheets and let it air for a few hours. The sleep was amazing that night! So comfortable! I love it! The store was very organized and clean and the sales ladies were chill and very knowledgeable! They weren’t pushing anything on me at all!
