Mrs. Garcia helped me finalize a divorce that had taken way too long to complete because I went with a well known paralegal franchise at the time who cashed my check for fees and cost of divorce but never filed my case and lost all the paperwork. What took the paralegal office two and a half years to get no where, Beatrice met with me quickly, filed my case and got me divorced quickly with no additional complications. I’m grateful for her help during a very stressful time.

Your search is over! Great (AFFORDABLE/FLEXIBLE) Family law attorney! Beatriz and her staff are professional, courteous, prompt and attentive. They provide "top shelf" legal representation, with pricing that clearly serves the community. Beatriz and her staff obviously have a large caseload; despite this fact, they were still able to give me the 1st rate attention and legal creativity I felt I deserved. They made me feel like I was their only client! I had a lawyer for 3 years of my divorce, I changed because I was unhappy with many elements. I consulted and met with more than 10 "family law" attorneys, I am SO glad I found Beatriz!! Not only because I have had 2 resounding victories in the last 6 months, but the level of service, legal knowledge and tireless work ethic are something that every law office should aspire to, and what EVERYONE GOING THROUGH A DIVORCE WANTS! Beatriz is attentive in the office, and a PIT BULL in the courtroom! Even if I hadn't won every appearance since hiring Beatriz (I happily did!), I would still be recommending her to friends, relatives and you.......she's THAT GOOD!

If no stars we an option I would give that. This woman is horrible at her job, not recommended or favored by many others in her profession. After many repeated and unanswered calls in attempt to sign divorce papers (before the last and final day to file) did she finally call last min and same day to sign. She apperently files divorce papers wrong on purpose as a favor to a very bitter ex wife who doesn't want her ex husband to remarry. Her files have apperently been rejected because she (being a "lawyer") filed them wrong!!! Currently in the process of being sued. Stay away from this lady you will only end up paying more because her client will have to pay in the end since she doesnt follow court order or do her job.

STAY AWAY!...THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL "ATTORNEY" EVERR!!! I i have been trying to get in contact w this person since October of 2018 and not a single call back from her or her office regarding my child custody case. I had realized that something was wrong when i had gone to pick up my daughter for my planned schedule of the holidays and the mother did not show. So i call the mother to find out what was going on and she said that there was no finalized court order that she had to give her to me for the holidays. I then go to the courthouse thinking maybe i did something wrong but come to realize that beatriz hadnt submitted some finalized writings which was HER job in order for me have my child for the holidays. I now have missed thanksgiving, xmas, new years, my bday, and probably now her bday with the way things are going. I cant stress enough how unhappy and unprofessional this women is, and the lack of caring and concern for ones life reagarding the children. I want to write so much more but i simply dont have the time. Take my word...stay....away.
