She was our court appointed GAL and she had a bad taste for me from the moment I stepped into her office. She would never return my phone calls to set up meetings with her. When We went to court the judge picked up on her bias and called her out. I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!!! We just went to court and yet again she was our court appointed GAL and yet again she favored my daughter's dad. She told the judge she never received my survey, but yet when I had the proof that I had faxed it she said she overlooked it..she ultimately said that my daughter would be better in her father's care the majority of the week. How can she make that decision without talking to me or even visiting me?? She DOESN'T deserve to be a GAL for ANY child!!!

She does not do her job appropriately and she chooses sides. Considering she was the GAL she was supposed to be my son's "lawyer" but she favored my exes wife. She was always in contact with them through text messages/emails. She never returned any of my calls, voice mails OR emails. Ultimately gave my ex more time than me when I've raised my son from (preemie) birth to 2 and 1/2 years of age, and now I barely see him. She doesn't even deserve one star.

Another lawyer has told me I have grounds to sue her for her failure to properly represent me when she was my court appointed attorney. She was responsible for submitting the appeal within ten days, 5 months later it hasn't happened. I have not been able to reach her or her office at all.

Jodi was unprepared for my child custody hearing and failed to act as a real GAL for my children. She contacted me 4 days before our hearing and tried to continue the case. If I did my job in that manner I would be fired.

She does not return phone calls. Very short, doesnt seem to care. Bad lawyer
