Please Stay AWAY from this horrible place. I have quite the experience, I typed it all (so if you've had this experience, it's not* just you). Just please, if you need REAL & professional health management, this place is so discombobulated they will only make you worse! They do NOT communicate with each other, their scheduling department is high-handed and downright rude, they misplace appointments, and for some creepy reason, the scheduling desk or front desk seems to have WAY TOO MUCH CONTROL over your PRIVATE information. They are supposed to schedule you, PERIOD, not make decisions about your healthcare without speaking to you - especially if you need to see the psychiatrist urgently. nnTo top it off, their coordinator sizes up your situation and proceeds to mistreat you as well (I don't recall her name, short hair, brunette, and I believe - wears glasses). I even told her, I spoke to her boss, Mary, with the complaint & details of what is going on with my appointments, can she please just ask her, she fights me on this, in a process, mind you (I found out earlier that they actually had switched systems, and instead of acknowledging this, this are bi*ching at their patients). And instead of respecting my wishes, the coordinator continued to speak "at me" and dismiss my exhausted mentality as "being rude to her." As I'm leaving, I notice her eyes have gone dark, she was chipper before, and she proceeds to give me this rather calculated & snide good-bye! She meant* to upset me! I was totally surprised when I got in the car and experienced a suicidal like feeling I had never* had before! The coordinator wanted to make sure I knew that I was a bad bad person. If you have major depression, run! You will lose your mind, and feel like you are stuck on an edge (because you are expecting help, and they know nothing of your life). Before that, she even made it sound like nothing "too bad" was likely going on in my mind, she looks at the file briefly but I'm like, seriously?? The way she said "*semi-disrupted from nagging me tone* "what do you have?" *doubtful in her expression* when I say that I really am tired & experiencing symptoms, can someone guarantee my next appointment? You think people are making up symptoms or ... they don't have any (because she thinks she's a profiler or something)? nnLike is it even a coordinator's job**, let alone a decent human's to be so dismissive?? To top it off, I didn't get to see the therapist like I was supposed to that day, that counselor was out sick, I got stuck with this coordinator... oh and she proceeds to tell me I can't see psych because I need to see therapist... helllo? What did I just walk in for then?? ---> I'm hanging on by a thread at that point). Do they think that we don't see doctors and offices? I've seen all types of licensed individuals, but THIS place, oh.. my.. god. Perhaps once in a while, even routinely, a person will miss an appointment, yes? But to treat the rest of us as if we're being rude to them, when they are so terribly rude and refuse to acknowledge us or their other departmental calls to us, (turns out there is psych staff, scheduling, front desk, and the individual persons you will get a call from if you do - management level). nnI have never*** had such a painful experience in my time of need... To say I was mentally (and physically) exhausted before* all of this.... Terrible place, I figured, after reflection, the coordinator thinks people are using their mental state as an excuse... and if you have Medicaid like I do, it is already TOO difficult to find a place that will provide services. I was doing MUCH better with a psychologist** than this place anyhow - which had seriously compromised my health with their arrogant mismanagement. Shout out to the social workers and Mary, they do listen to you, the process goes faster, and you feel relief. The rest of them, *sigh*. You need meds BEFORE you go into this place!

Very quick to pass the buck. Had work and plenty of other things in life yet was discharged with months of clean urine because "I didn't seem to care." Didn't know I was required to care, was required to be there and pass urine screens which I was. As far as counselors go a few are good but most couldn't care less what happens to you. Despite this I went back because I needed to complete somewhere. I was told it was a 6 month program but 5 months in there clean they couldn't tell me anything about discharge. I left. what's the point of staying somewhere if you're just trying to get through it and they decide to keep you for no good reason? I getting real help from a private doc now.

I can agree that the front desk is unorganised and at times unfriendly. But the rest of my experience at CNG has been great. I like that there is a team of people that can help you, instead of one individual therapist. The selection of group therapy sessions are great and I have received a great deal of comfort and security in them. I haven't met them all but most of their counselors are well mannered and genuinely want to help. You always have the option to switch individual therapists. I haven't been to many facilities like this, but I have foundfound it very helpful and an overall good environment.

They only want your money, never ending treatment on trumped up diagnosis. There is no scientific reason that they diagnose you, just on what you say to them. Legal drug dealers, and therapist who abuse you, neglect you, and encourage dependency on them. Make you think you are their friend, their only support, the solution to your problems or play psychological games.
