I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks and gratitude to Steve Centuori and the team at Centuori and Alcoverde. Divorce is obviously a very difficult thing to go through, and Mr. Centuori was invaluable to me during that very unpleasant time. His attention not only to my case, but the welfare of my children and myself, made it possible for me to focus on the important things like making sure home stayed happy and normal for my kids. During every hearing, Mr. Centuori was prepared, focused, and a fierce advocate with remarkable litigation skills while remaining calm and considerate. This firm as a whole has demonstrated a commitment to running an ethical, and very professional practice. I have referred several people, and will continue to do so without hesitation.

Steve Centouri talks a great game, but when all was said and done I would've been better off with my wife's lawyer. His office demonstrated no urgency in regards to ensuring that the opposing counsel's inquiries were being fulfilled or related to me, stretching the proceedings for a standard (no children, no shared property) divorce out to over two years. As an example, after hand delivering my tax return directly to his receptionist at his office, they ended up losing it and never informed me, leading to the judge finding that I was engaged in “fraudulent disposition”. After finally receiving the decree of dissolution that was exceedingly favorable to my ex-wife, it was directly stated that Centouri could have supplemented or submitted a new decree within two weeks of receipt...that he neglected to do. He also didn't respond to my ex-wife's China Doll affadavit that awarded three times the lawyer fees as was previously decreed, leaving me on the hook for that. And of course, he never responded to any of these complaints or concerns. Basically, if you are willing to babysit him and do all the work of representing yourself while using him as an empty suit, then best of luck to you. Otherwise you'd be better off with someone who actually cares about the outcome of the case.

Zero stars. Sarah Collier tried to destroy my life and my son’s life. She stole my son’s child support and is nothing but a common thief. A truly horrible person and not a mother. Stay away.

Going through divorce is a difficult time for everyone. Each party always thinks they are right. You want to hire an attorney that not only will fight for but will also bring you back to earth and provide advice as to what is reasonable. Steve was able to settle with my ex's attorney which saved me from all the costs of a trial. And I got exactly what I was asking for. Steve was able to prove that my ex's requests were unreasonable and if we went to trial the judge would not only rule against him, but he would get much less than I was offering. I also referred a friend to Steve and the case also went in favor of my friend. Dont waste your time going to an attorney who isnt willing to advise you in a favorable manner. Call Centuori & Associates and take their advice, it's the best advice you will ever get.
