Tina is one of the most kind hearted, patient, understanding individuals I have ever talked to. After getting evicted from my apartment during the pandemic and being terrified of what to do next, Tina has helped me the last three months with lowering my debt amount, following up and keeping my account up to date. It is because of tina, I have saved up my funds to take care of my debt entirely... She was so sweet and funny and I can't thank her enough for making me less anxious about the entire situation. She made me feel it was possible to rent again and get out of my bad situation. Thank you Sandlin!!

I was so scared when I was evicted from my home and did not know how I would be able to afford payments. Jeff Simon has worked so hard to help me get through a hard situation and, as long as I kept my payment promises, worked with MANY extensions and bumps in the road. I am proud to say, thanks to his help and this company's understanding, that I have paid off my debt. :) Don't listen to these bad reviews, these guys are amazing as long as you keep to your end of the promises made. Extremely rude. I own a business, and they are suing one of my employees to collect a debt, so they called seeking information in that regard. I am a retired attorney, and I have NEVER spoken with anyone in the legal profession who has EVER spoken to me so rudely and unprofessionally. Even in the labor crisis our country is in, I would die before I hired or continued to employ such an arrogant, rude, and disrespectful employee as "Jess" or "Jeff," whatever his name is. I'm shocked and amazed this law firm is in business, if this employee is ANY indication of the work they do.

I settled a debt with this company for 2000.00 to be paid within 60 days. My original debt was 1200.00 and it was from 2008. Upon paying my last payment, Jeff the account manager at the firm became very rude and unprofessional on the phone. He stated,” Once we are done, I will fax you over a credit card authorization form to sign?” I was confused considering I have given the company 1500.00 already and have yet to sign anything! I’m highly upset at this point .. Why I’m I signing credit card receipts 30 days after you have the money! .. He then stated I wouldn’t get my release and became very rude and overtalked me! The lines are recorded, and someone in higher power needs to address his behavior, it’s completely uncalled for! ....I will be calling to speak with Tina tomorrow, as Jeff has yet to fax over any documents to me! ... Pretty sad law firm! You need to hire better representatives, especially when you having willing citizens who aren’t dodging you to make payments!
