My wife and I have been attempting to help an incredibly nice young lady from Ukraine. Her name is Hanna, and she is a hard-working and extremely nice person. Hanna was facing an uphill battle to extend the duration of her residence in the United States. The Immigration Office turned down her request to extend her time in the United States. The USCIS approved Hanna’s request to remove the conditions on her resident status. Hanna will now be receiving a new Green Card which allows her to remain in the United States. I highly and heartily recommend the Chan Law Firm to anyone in need of assistance with immigration issues. Everyone from the receptionists to the attorneys are fantastic.
