The worse agency ever! 2k to start before a payment arrangement ? I need a payment arrangement just for the down payment...we all need to contact the BBB and other government agencies and report these freaks

I can't believe these set of morally bankrupt elements are allowed to execute their fraud on Virginians. Shame on you for this scam of a business that you are running.

These people are the most heartless, soulless, vile creatures. Where do I begin? I was in a car accident as a college student, unfortunately at the time of the accident it happened to be 2 days after our insurance coverage ended. When I called to explain my situation it was clear that they were not going to help me. These people expect you to come up with the money from thin air. I finally was able to make regular payments, albeit small, which means my interest rates were going to be high and I would probably be paying forever. One week I lost my credit card, and I had to replace it. Instead of calling and letting me know my automatic payment didnt go through, el diabla Maria Moric went ahead and suspended my license from the get-go. Again, struggling college student, and on top of my monthly payment, I had to pay to get my license reinstated, and pay my insurance extra for the proof of insurance. Maria Moric, I hope you get what you deserve. If you have a terrible life at home, please dont bring that out into the real world against other people who are just trying to get by. Life is tough as it is, you dont need to be that person.

I am very dissatisfied with this company and the employee's they have no sympathy for people who are at least trying to make payments, they're not willing to work with you. I am a single mother and I have paid money that I can't really afford because I need my driver license in order to get back and fourth to work as well as getting my two children to and from school, I missed a couple of payments after informing them of this information and that my checks were being garnished. They were not even willing to work with me without receiving a large deposit after explaining to them that I have children and can not afford it. I feel that I am trying and always keep them update on whats going on and how I make and when I'm making payments they could have given me a second chance! I'm discussed and dissatisfied and forced to file bankruptcy were now they just won't receive anything.

You know those debt collectors that use to call when you ate dinner with your family? They have a office now and can suspend your license by writing letters to the dmv smh. It took weeks for anyone to answer the phone. This office is unprofessional and they sound like they dislike their job. They’re not lawyers I can tell, at most some of them are paralegals and receptionist that think they’re better than others cause they have a desk job answering phones, and can barely even do that. If you don’t like your job find another one. Chaplin and Gonet probably has no idea how their workers speak to their clients. 8% interest caused me to pay $1000+ in addition to the $3500. Thank God I’m able to pay and expose this scam office with incompetent workers. Due to the disrespect over the phone from Chaplin and Gonet “WORKERS” I felt like not paying and taking my chances with a suspended license, when is the last time you seen a Tesla pulled over? If all you do is pickup phones and write letters just be humble over the phone, you’ll be able to be a lawyer one day if you get your education Lucie. Thanks for hanging up on me and barely doin your job.
