Lawyer Charles Phipps was excellent! We started the whole immigration marriage based greencard process in November 2021 and I got my greencard in February 2023. In the meantime, Mr. Phipps made sure I had my work authorization card and even made sure I had my travel authorization in case of an emergency ready to use in case I needed it. He was very thorough, explaining very clear what documents we needed to make sure our case would be approved. Because of Covid there were big delays but Mr. Phipps made sure to keep in contact with us and made us aware of the delays that USCIS was experiencing. We were lucky we didn’t need an interview to finalize the greencard process, Mr. Phipps took care of everything and it was great that Micaela, her assistant, was also always available for any questions we had and I could also speak spanish with Micaela, wich made it even easier to understand the process. Highly recommend Mr. Phipps!

Mr. Phipps has great expertise! He handled our case from start to finish and gave us options for our case that previous lawyers did not know about. He answered all our questions before and after at anytime and made the process really easy.
