I watched Tanya prance around a court room stuffing chocolates in her mouth and winking at my ex brother in law last week. He is her client but it was really cringy never the less. Then she went on to lie to the judge with 100% fabricated statements about my sister who is attempting to be a diplomatic as possible in the face of an abuser that is using his kids and the courts to continue to abuse her. Then she had her clerk Gabby (she may have actually been winking at her) send my sister vexatious discovery request to validate the lies she told the judge! What’s truly amazing is that her client doesn’t realize that all the bravado is really just to drain his retainer as quickly as possible. I’ve represented myself Pro Se for 9 years in a probate matter and I’ve dealt with a few really great lawyers representing my ex that were fair and reasonable. Tanya is niether of those things. All the bravado in the world means nothing when your client really is an abusive man child that would rather take his kids away from their mother to be raised by HIS mother (not him) for the purpose of avoiding child support and to continue terrorizing the woman that finally got the guts to leave. Do yourself a favor find a lawyer who relies on talent, intellectual capability and class to represent you. You will not find that here. However if you are looking for a one trick pony whose best move is to exploit the trauma of the person you abused for years, Tanya Moriarty is your girl.

I used Tanya Moriarty, on a custody matter. The first lawyer I went to for consultation had me in tears. Glad I called Tanya’s office for second opinion, she was more than helpful in this situation. Highly recommended!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM. I paid the $3500 and they did NOTHING. They did not take the time to even look at my case, they claimed it would be "an easy dismissal" and guess what....THEY LOST! The lawyer I met with did not even show up to my court date. He sent someone else who had no idea what they were doing. Save yourself money and stress and totally avoid this firm. After I fired them and asked for the rest of my retainer back they completely ignored me and hung up on me when I asked to speak to the lawyer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Mind you, this was a custody case. Now because of them my daughter is in danger because they lost this case and is forced to go with her other parent.

Attorney Tanya Moriarty is the absolute WORST and rudest attorney you could get. She did not inform me of things I needed to do, did not get back to me when I had questions, was not on top of things, and was just awful. If you want an attorney that is going to keep you informed as to what’s going on, and actually do their job well…Motiarty is NOT the one. She will just take your money and waste your time and be extremely rude to you when you’re trying to find out what’s going on with your case. I can’t express enough how terrible this woman is. Wish I could give negative stars on this because she was that bad. Don’t waste your time.
