My family had the pleasure of working with Chavez&Valko. My husband was detained in Dallas after returning for a family trip in Cancun. He was held in a detention center and according to the authorities he was going to be deported. We spoke to a few lawyers and most said there was nothing they can do. He had a particularly difficult case. But this law firm helped us get our father home. We worked with them mostly over the phone because we lived in California. They were quick to return phone calls and emails. They were especially patient with us as we had so many questions, I'm sure many families do when being in such a scary situation.
