My mom was recently diagnosed with alzeimers disease in the past year. It has definitely become more noticeable over time but she is still okay for the most part. Mr. Chen is a hero lawyer for some, but a zero human being to me for the terrible way he treated me. I was referred to Mr. Chen by a former client of mine. She said that her whole family fell sick because Home Depot did not do their roof properly and the whole family was hospitalized due to the mold and mildew issue that occurred due to bad roof job. They all almost died. The client told me that Mr. Chen does not collect money from you till you win and he wins your case because he supposedly has a good track record. He won my client's case and they got close to a million dollars from Home Depot. My former client gave me his contact information and told me that he would surely help me if possible. She said he was a kind and generous man, but I did not get that experience. I had a bad experience with him when I contacted him through email. I introduced myself to him in email and told him who had referred me to him. I also mentioned that he came highly recommended. I explained to him why I was contacting him. He responded back in a few hours, but he was so cold and heartless. I will go as far and say he was not friendly; he was disrespectful in a way. I felt like he was mocking my pain and suffering. He treated me like bad luck or something. When people are going through a hard time in life and going through the worst, hardest phase of their life, we do not need or deserve to be treated like dirt. I am suffering like hell and do not deserve to be treated badly or disrespected or talked down to. I have helped a lot of people in my lifetime, but those very people who I helped have not been there for me in my time of need and instead treated me like dirt in my time of need. I do not deserve this and no one does because everyone goes through hard times in life. I realize who my true friends are and who the good people are in my time of need. Mr. Chen basically said in email that he could not help me and I have had a lot of bad luck in my life that he does not want to deal with me. I asked him for a referral to another lawyer who might be able to help, but he said he could not help me there either. He never answered my one question I asked either. People usually get a lawyer to help them in the darkest times of their lives when they are vulnerable and scared, but this lawyer is no help at all and indirectly supports the conartists/criminals who hurt me and others. By not helping me, Mr. Chen is siding with a known criminal/conartist who has openly committed a lot of crimes and letting him get away with it.
