I was recommended to this law firm from my chiropractor. I have injuries from an accident where I am not at fault. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the assistant, Malorie, who took her time to make sure I understood the process and how they would be able to help me. She interviewed me on the phone, recorded my detailed information, and completed the paperwork I needed to start my process. She made sure to answer all my questions, and was so honestly friendly I felt incredibly comfortable talking with her even though this is a terrible and stressful situation I’m in. I appreciate her willingness to help and intelligence. I feel comfortable moving forward with this law firm based on my first interaction with Malorie. I’ll update this review throughout my experience with Chaney Law Firm. (3/14/23)

Helpful from the start. Research starts with paying attention. When one is attentive to the people that receive financial compensation for services rendered, and the philosophy behind their wares, it will be obvious whether or not the potential transaction is worth it. I have not decided to use Chaney Law Firm, P.A. but I honestly believe they would do anything in their expertise to help out regardless of situation. Really, all anyone has to do is read the words on the website to see their heart. Highly recommend them!

FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! My dad died 07/'22, Will was read in Aug. and it's 04/'23 and Nothing! has been done since, by this so called lawyer that my dad used for many years. No forms turned in to courts, no debt notifications put in the newspaper. I've left numerous messages for a call back, text, & email. I'll watch for carrier pigeons if I have to but communication is necessary. He is full of excuses & double talk when my sister went to see him in Feb. No scruples Update: 5/17/23 This review is truthful and my opinion. I will not remove my review. In his defense- he is now my sister's attorney and not mine. I'm trying to understand how you put a clause in Our Family settlement agreement papers; to delete a review on you and your firm? Disparages, ridicules or criticizing is by nature a 'bad' review that should provide you with input to improve.

How someone like Leah Chaney is still practicing law after she put an innocent man behind bars and completely disrespected Betsy Farias life is beyond me. Run far away from this woman she’s as sick in the head as Pam Hubb the actual murderer of Betsy.

If u could rate them less than 1 star I would. Completely uncaring & unprepared. After feeling completely confident the entire build up to trial, then dropping the ball between Taylor & Don, only for them to casually suggest to us to file bankruptcy once we lost. I would suggest you use ANYONE else, but this law firm. If you’re on the fence or something doesn’t feel right, go far away from this office!!!!
