Very unprofessional! They Don’t listen to what you have to say during consultation. Straight up don’t listen just said “yes we can file bankruptcy get you out of debts” I paid Michael Reid $1875 then he said “it’s not the right time to file because of my situation” claim to his team I’m the one that want to cancel the case when that’s was very untrue! He didn’t listen to me during consultation if he did I won’t be sitting here writing this review! After paying that amount his assistant supposed to reach out to me and guess what? She never call me; I had to call her and she was chewing food?? while talking to me!! And while I was talking to Michael in the middle of our conversation he stopped me and “sorry unfortunately I have to go now, can you call me tomorrow mid day” Really?? Why do I have to call him when he’s working for me?? Just my luck I guess…then I reached out about my refund I never said Michael was giving full refund that’s probably misunderstanding between me and billing department ( by the way the girl was a sweet heart) but he never return my email when he said he would. I had to reach out to him and never heard back from Michael until billing department told him how upset I was. I totally understand I won’t get full refund I never expect full refund either but he charge me $1,000!!! I don’t why he’s charging me that amount for I’m guessing because his assistant had to Run my credit report? Telling me he sorry he have to go and tell me to call him next day? Listening his assistant eating and chewing food while gathering my information? Wow I wish I can charge people 1k for being unprofessional.

If you can handle cruel disrespectful, people this is your place for a bankruptcy. My husband committed suicide. I needed help and kindness. I turned into a mean, angry person when dealing with these people.. The job is done, it's over. My chapter 7 is finished. I couldn't be more thankful not having to talk to these people again... Get ready for their response. That should be fun to read..

The service that this law firm provides is unparalleled. Everyone was communicative, helpful, and responsive. Nick Wajda and everyone on his team are incredibly personable and courteous. This law firm puts the service in customer service. I recommend their services to anyone.

These people really dropped the ball. I paid for their bankruptcy services upfront in November 2020. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks for them to file the paperwork once they received the information they requested. I promptly completed it and sent it back using overnight mail. A month went by after I first sent them the required info. Called and was told they were missing a document I know for a fact that I had sent. I was meticulous about that, even keeping copies for my records. So I sent it again. Another 6 weeks or so went by, and I heard nothing. When I called again, I was told they had become very busy with covid related bankruptcies. I was then told I would have to pay to take the online course again, as well as update and resubmit all my info. At that point, I was disgusted, and I wasn't interested in doing business with this firm anymore. They had the nerve to contact me in August 2022 and request a bunch of information and another course completion. Perhaps business was slow. As far as I am concerned, at the very least, I should be sent a partial refund, as clearly none of their people were on top of my case at any point. Got a different "assistant" every time I called. Messages left for the lawyer that initially smooth talked us into using them were never returned. 5 months after my initial review, I have yet to receive an explanation and an offer of a refund. They didn't do any "work" for me, aside from running a credit check.

I signed on with this firm a year ago and I’m still waiting for my case to be finalized! I am only a number to them and I really don’t think they could care less. Absolutely the worst business experience I have ever had!
