I had a great experience with this firm. I was able to have my cervical procedure done thanks to the help of all the people from this office. Since my residence is in Florida, I had to fly into New York. They were able to accommodate my hours, refer me to great clinics and doctors, and expedited my case in a great manner. I’ve recommended Cherny & Associates to other people and they have been very happy with their service.

In my own personal experience this firm definitely adds on a bunch of bogus extra fees/charges in addition to the one third of the settlement money that they are supposed to get for handling your case. They end up with most of your settlement money and you are barely left with anything in the end. There seems to be a lot of dishonest activity going on at this firm. Stay clear of this place and do your research when searching for a good attorney who is really going to look out for your best interest. I wish I had done the same.

Good negotiation tactics that the team possesses. Would recommend. Updates take place when inquire. Fees are slightly higher than an average law office. On the other hand if you pay for average you receive average. Overall would recommend
