"They are nice, friendly, helpful and understanding and seemingly knowledgable. Don't make the mistake of thinking they are your friends though. Everything is billable, every second of everything they do. Even trips to the courthouse, they will rape you for, even if they go to the courthouse for 50 clients at once, they charge them all for the trip. Even if they have to go to the courthouse already anyway, they will charge you for the trip. If you have money to blow, or don't care if you end up with nothing but debt and no results. These are the people for you."
