Child Support Serv. Dept

I have always been treated politely. & quickly by dcss in ccc. They have given me .

The second largest collection agency behind the IRS. They say they are only enforcing child support orders. They have no idea what is done with the money that is supposed to be spent on the children. What about providing receipts for expenses paid for the children? There is way too much abuse of power in the family court system and all of those affiliated with it. They even have a special ATM at the Martinez office so deadbeats who are collecting support who don't have bank accounts can make a cash withdrawal from their accounts . Truly sickening.

CSS = EXTORTIONISTS nnThey are very much ONE-sided, but most importantly-- they not at all about the child or children. The other parent can easily use child support money for their OWN personal gain and not for the intended purpose: the child/children. nnIf you are the "non-custodial parent" (which, in my case and in other many cases is bullshit), they deem and treat you as if you are a criminal. nnChild Support Services is a shady business. The whole entire laws around child support should be revisited, reassessed, and altered. nnI don't know how any of their employees can sleep at night-- knowing that they are destroying lives and child-parent relationships... rather than building them up. nnIt's all a sham/joke.

Child Support is Fraud. They have UNTRAINED individuals extorting your money. Will not ever transfer your call unless you SUBMIT TO their authority and provide them with information about yourself. Giving them rights over you. Danielle at work station 7967, you need to be fired and remanded into court for lying and giving false information to people thinking your above the law/Constitution along with every other "Case worker" that tries to bring humanity down with this fictitious company called Child Support Services. Dont be a "Voluntary participant" people. Take contol BACK!!

Neglects to pursue/utilize available legal methods to enforce support order. Others may have a different opinion but my personal experience was far below '"sub-par" nThanks for nothing...literally
