Childers & Associates can handle all your legal needs. They not only care about your legal matters, but are very knowledgeable and reputable. Don't be fooled by others and allow your legal case to be plagued by emotions and incur unnecessary fees and wasted time. Ryan Childers was by my side throughout my custody dispute. We won our case getting a 50/50 timeshare, including a schedule that was in the best interest of our children; allowing them to have much needed time with both parents.

I gave Ryan Childers and Associates a FIVE star rating for their extensive knowledge of the law, the compassionate demeanor of Mr. Childers and his entire staff, and the great lengths he goes to, putting his all into the cases he takes on. My case is a very rare and complicated legal matter. This fact has not slowed down Mr. Childers or his staff a bit. Mr. Childers and his team thrive in the law field and do an outstanding job with their legal research, filing of proper paperwork, and writing professional responses and petitions. They also strive to understand ever detail of the case. They really go above and beyond for their clients. And when the time comes for trial, Mr. Childers' performance is very impressive. Aside from his witty tactics in court, he also continues to research and look over details during recesses. I'm telling you--Above and Beyond!!

If renting property from them look very carefully at your contracts and review rental laws. Very shady practice especially if they are handling an estate. Staff is very rude except the front desk person only nice person I've came across. I've met more knowledgeable lawyers before. If looking for family law hire Ann Zimmerman she knows what she is doing every step of the way and is trustworthy.

Both Diane Curiel and Ryan Childers were very professional. They were attentive to my needs and did everything they could to help me with my situation. They made me feel like I was part of their family. They will always be my first choice for future legal needs.

I went through a divorce in 2008. My ex had told me, many times during our relationship, how she out witted her first husband. She took him for everything and got sole custody of their children. Me knowing this and new to the legal side of family law, I was given reference to Ryan Childers law office. Though ex-wife and I agreed on property and other monetary instruments, our only disagreement was of who should gain control of my son. I believed everything to do with my son’s best interest should have been split fairly. Instead, Ryan and his staff insisted on taking the minimum because that is what they could guarantee me to get. Childers wanted me to later make a modification to get a little bit more visitation time. He explained that this was based on the fact that I was a male and it is [supposedly] hard to get much from the family court systems in men’s favor. Even though I did not think this was the right choice, I foolishly took the advice of Childers. Through the process, I rarely heard from Ryan Childers office or his paralegal (Denise). I would get an occasional voice message letting me know things were wrapping up. The few things I insisted him to argue in court was not followed though and somehow forgotten. These included winter/summer breaks, certain holidays or vacations etcetera. What upset me the most is that I explained that I wanted to be involved with everything and wanted to be kept informed. When the divorce case was finally heard in court, I wasn't even made aware of the date. Instead I was given a phone call to show up at their office to sign the paperwork that would conclude the divorce. I foolishly never spoke up these concerns, which was partially because I feared being charged their time. The process from start to finish took One year and 6 days. It cost me $6,000 (rounded up), I got close to nothing of what I asked for and I was left feeling taken for! Every subsequent attorney that I have met with advised me how I overpaid for what I received. The only person I would recommend Ryan and his staff to is whoever I would go up against.
