Attorney Trimble took my 200.00 dollars and not my case. Be particular in your search for legal representation. ----my response(to your response)-- I fully understand that not every case is a good fit, and I appreciate the need for honest assessments. Yet, I left the consultation feeling that my situation was not given the attention it warranted. It seemed that the review of my documentation was cursory, and I was hoping for a more thorough exploration of the options available to me, especially given the significant impact this matter has had on my life. I chose your firm with the expectation that you would be willing to fight for your clients, based on what was communicated to me prior to our consultation. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met, and I am disappointed that my concerns were not addressed with the level of commitment I was led to believe would be provided. Words cannot express the amount of satisfaction I have for this Super team of AWESOME professionals. My journey started January of 2023 I had no clue where to start, so I just began calling Law firms looking for the best fit for my needs. Chisolm Trimble and Associates was my 2nd phone and let me tell you the warmth I felt after speaking with them to simply set up my consultation appointment was overwhelming. I spoke with Attorney for consultation a couple of days later and I instantly knew I was in the right hands. She immediately made me feel welcome and assured me that she would do everything in her power to help me achieve my desired outcome. Paralegal Elka Doster was exceptional in handling my day to day case load to say to least. I take my hat off to Elka because she absolutely went above and beyond to respond in a timely manner to all of concerns and she is also is very professional and did an outstanding job of helping to manage my stress and put me at ease almost effortlessly every time. Throughout the case Attorney Jada Bulter was brought prior to my temporary hearing and although I was nervous at heck, after our hearing prep meeting I experienced an unexpected calm. Temporary hearing, Attorney Bulter showed up and showed out for me in true fashion. She an outstanding job presenting my case. After the hearing she assured me had everything under control. Fast Forward to January 2024,y case was kicked into overdrive. I cannot move forward without mentioning Office Manager Susan who nearly gave me a heart attack over the phone days prior to my temporary hearing. After the call I took a moment to process what she spoken to me and I called back and let me tell you this Woman became my bff ????. She reminded why I hired this firm and won me over with her winning personality and charismatic attitude that she made me great every time she call to request payment ????. Final Hearing was a breeze, I swear this firm came together and formed like Voltron and totally blew my case out the water. My Petition was for Legitimation and 50/50 Custody and I was Awarded Legitimation and Primary Custody. I cannot tell explain how GRATEFUL I am for them exceeding my expectations and getting far more than desired outcome. Post hearing Attorneys Butler, Trimble, paralegal Elka, as well as Rebecca and Susan welcome myself and my Daughter Atalia whom I was awarded custody of into the office with open arms. We were there for a short visit in route out of town and they took time out their busy schedule on that day as well one other impromptu visit. What was supposed to be 15 minutes visits result in nearly 2hr on the first and over an hour on the second day. They were not meetings, they were family reunions. Job well done! When I started on this journey with attorney Trimble, it was a complex and sensitive situation that required much attention to detail beginning during the pandemic up until late this year. At times I became discouraged and doubtful, but my husband and I were met with encouragement from her staff and attorney Trimble that this matter will get resolved. Considering all the hurdles that we faced, I don't think it would have gotten to that point of closure without everyone involved in her staff. They were efficient, diligent, respectful, and professional even at times when I became difficult and called with demanding concerns. I would recommend her legal guidance to anyone looking for adequate and sound legal advice. On court day, attorney Trimble entered the room with much deserved confidence and expected respect. Here staff all had a designated role that prepared us at every stage of our experience. Susan was a blessing she did my estate planning. Attorney Trimble helped me understand the need for my will and power of attorney. The consult was easy and not intimidating. The attorney was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Will use again if I ever need them. They made me feel like family.

You get what you pay for and I sure did. Attorney Trimble was able to negotiate my terms and get me everything I requested and then some. The paralegals are amazing and very helpful. Great communication and I knew what was going on every step of the way. Worth every penny!
