Avoid Steve Mandel Law Firm At all costs. You will be victimized. Big sales pitch to get your money, then they do nothing. Their negligence in filing papers etc results in making your case worse. Then they ask for more money to fix it. Steve Mandel is nothing but a liar, claims he knows your judge (he doesn’t), So he guarantees a successful outcome. You will end up in a worse legal position than you were in before you hired him. Steve Mandel is a fraud, after he gets your money there is no communication, he does no work, and he made inappropriate advances. He got caught double-billing, charges for phone calls he never made, and pads the bill for conferences with people that work for him. he gets a $25k retainer and $700 an hour, then pawns the work off on paralegals. His wife works in the office to monitor his behavior with female clients as he has a history of being inappropriate. Steve Mandel Law Firm is a complete con-man operation, ineffectual, no representation results in contempt of court, then asks for more money to fix the problem that he created. seems to show signs of dementia, makes a lot of promises and doesn’t follow through. Has an employee in the office cold-calling to ask clients for more money or payments on a credit card after I’ve already paid him.

Steve Mandel is indefatigable, brilliant, super kind and a joy to work with. I had an unusual case involving custody of my beloved dog. He never once made me feel silly about the nature of the case, in fact just the opposite, Steve is a dog lover and treated what was an extraordinarily painful process for me with complete and utter respect. He WON my case and in doing so, made me about the happiest dog mom in the world. I was destroyed at the thought of losing my baby. Steve saved the day. He continues to check in with my pup and me occasionally, which I greatly appreciate, especially since this was many years ago. He has helped me with myriad other questions and issues since then and I simply would not go to anyone else. Five stars plus plus plus!!!
