I went through the process of buying a condo and getting a mortgage a few years ago, and I'd forgotten exactly how stressful the process can be. But this year I decided to buy a little starter unit for my son, and quickly remembered! Our R.E. agent recommended Chirag, and I liked him from our first phone conversation. He's very professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and kind. We found several places, made offers, and got outbid. When we lost out on one we particularly liked and started to lose hope, Chirag reminded me that often things happen for a reason, and that we'd find a great place. For that alone, I'd give him five stars! And he was right--we found an even better place we could afford, and once our offer was accepted Chirag was with us at every step. Things got a little complicated along the way (as they always do), and I was grateful to know that Chirag always had our backs. He also has the most calm, soothing way of speaking, which was really helpful and appreciated when I was about to freak a few times! With his help navigating the deal, we finally closed--that might not have happened without Chirag's efficiently taking care of business at every tricky turn. If I'm ever crazy enough to try to buy another place in the crazy Hoboken market, he'll be the attorney I call.
