My partner and I had an issue with a landlord withholding our deposit and ignoring our communication. We contacted Clem, had a quick phone call and a couple emails. We had thankfully retained a lot of written evidence that we had done our part during the move-out process. Clem got us our deposit back in full, plus lawyer fees and an additional amount equal to our deposit for our troubles! Overall, the process took several months but was low effort and low involvement. I would hire Clem again in an instant for another dispute such as this one.
