Very unprofessional receptionist and paralegal. Getting the biggest run around to get my case file and I’ve been lied to for two weeks. Tried to get in touch Sandra, but the minions block you from talking to her. This is the incompetence of leadership from the top! I’ve been dealing with them since 2021 and they will cover up for each other! I will be filing a complaint with the bar association!
It is hard to say if the lawyers are as bad as the receptionist because she she won't let you speak to one. sort of like a troll guarding a bridge, she was stationed outside his hospital roon. SHe she NO NO NO NO NO YOU CANT-ED me insisting "he is not asking any new clients for several months." I (I asked if she could recommend any other lawyers and she she snapped "well I'm why don't you ask google. OH YEAH MY BAD I WANTED AN ACTUAL OPINION....
No legal help against getting screwed by Pittsylvania County tax law. Keep your Vaseline handy.
