Very upset that a collection agency did not do their due diligence regarding an auto accident over 6 years ago. Money hungry

Worked here for about a few months. Very unorganized firm and very lazy. The supervisor I worked for was young and talked about other employees behind their back. Was trying to do my job to my best of my abilities but she was very unavailable when it came time to train & learn new things. Good luck working here cuz every time you try asking someone about files that they were in charge of they felt like you were stepping on their toes or trying to out shine them. Working here is like the movie "The Belko Experiment" Everyone trying to stay alive while stabbing each other in the back. No team work, No proper training either.
