I literally dropped off all the necessary paperwork to his assistant before the deadline required (because they wouldn't let me see him, and said he was too busy in a meeting, on the same day he asked me to drop it off) so I gave simple clear instructions to the assistant that it was an urgent matter. And my case got denied. Because his assistant never gave him the paperwork that was handed to her by me and she even gave me copies back. Then looked at me dead in the eye and lied straight to my face that she would give it to him that day. Guess what, when I call back to ask him what more can we do. Since obviously I did my part and spent all my money on my case. And it's his fault and his assistant fault for not prioritizing. He replies, I should just pay thousands more to file a new case. And to restart everything from scratch. This is people's lives they're playing with. Very unprofessional assistants. Waste of time and a lot of money.

I had one simple question I needed an answer to. I sent an email. I left 2 voice mails. I talked to a receptionist 1 time. Each time I gave my question and asked for a return call. None came. Very unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. He must only be interested in people who need to spend thousands instead of a few dollars.
