They will not take your case if you already filed for personal injury, they waste your time on the phone just to reject you on a standing to sue case. If it’s not a case they can’t win for sure, they will not take you on as a client.
Went to high school and law school with Eileen Kroll. I do not do personal injury so I have sent Eileen several cases. WHAT A GREAT JOB SHE DID HANDLING MY CLIENTS CASES! I have to trust that the person I hand a case off to is going to take good care of my people and Eileen and this law firm do a phenomal job. Plus Eileen is one of the smartest, most professional lawyers I know.
I hired to Eileen and Chris to take on a case for me. They have been extremely professional, helpful and responsive.
