Horrific communication. I was recommended to this office by a different attorney as I was seeking service to resolve issues with my private student loans. I had a brief consultation with Karen in November where we stated we would check in after I reviewed some information and collected my thoughts about it. After several calls and multiple emails over several months, I have STILL heard nothing back from them. No disrespect, but if your office does not wish to represent a client/participate in a client-attorney relationship, all you need to do is communicate that. I find this blatant lack of communication extremely rude and unprofessional, and would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking relief from stressful situations.
