I was from out of town and chose her to represent me, I couldn't have picked a better lawyer. She was with me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. And her assistants were great, always got back to me quickly. Would recommend highly ?

Every step of the process after hiring Mrs. Higgins to complete a legitimization of a birth certificate for me was very seamless and stress free. She handled everything very professionally and kept me informed every step of the process. Most of the time when you need to hire a lawyer it isn’t under the most favorable of circumstances but knowing you have someone like Heather on your side sure makes it a lot easier! I would recommend her to anyone!

Would not answer or return calls. Had to build our own case. Was told one thing by Heather Higgins, then told by law enforcement another. Also was told by law enforcement our attorney did not know what she was doing. So we looked stupid. Then again on another issue we was told one thing by her that was not so. She never took responsibly for giving the wrong information.
